This role supports customers and internal bank personnel by delivering product training, assisting with system enhancements, and ensuring smooth operation of Cash Management Online Banking services. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer support skills, and the ability to manage daily operational tasks in a regulated banking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide WebEx-based product training to customers and internal bank personnel on cash management products and servicesSupport Cash Management Online Banking services, including customer setup and ongoing system monitoringResolve customer and internal issues related to cash management products within assigned authorityAssist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new product development initiativesMonitor product usage, system performance, and operational reportsPerform routine daily operational tasks, including report review and correspondence preparationSupport internal and external audits and regulatory examinationsParticipate in special projects and departmental initiatives as assignedRequired QualificationsExperience in cash management, treasury services, or banking operationsStrong technical aptitude with online banking platformsAbility to deliver virtual training and provide customer-facing supportExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWork EnvironmentHybrid work arrangement (Los Angeles, CA)Collaborative banking operations teamFast-paced, compliance-driven environment
