Cash Flow Forecasting Leader — FP&A

Solstice Advanced Materials in Morris Plains, NJ (Hybrid) seeks a Finance Manager to own the 13-week cash forecast and assist with liquidity planning. You will partner with Treasury, Tax, Payroll, A/R, A/P, and Finance to provide timely, accurate insight into cash flow performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A or treasury, strong modeling and Excel skills, and experience with SAP, Power BI, or Oracle. This role is incentive plan eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
