This is a full time opportunity, working Monday – Friday during regular business hours. If you love a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is a great opportunity for you!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Generates accounting statements and reports.Researches cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts.Prepares daily bank deposit.Researches and applies unallocated cash.Oversees accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals.Develops automated spreadsheets.Organizes and maintains up to date financial records.Provides monthly financial and management reports.Solid background with Excel, Outlook and Great Plains, etc.Qualifications:AA, BA, BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.Strong analytical and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Great PlainsDetail orientedAbility to work independently in a fast paced environmentCompensation and Benefits:Medical, Vision and Dental benefits401 (K)Life InsurancePaid Vacation and Sick paid time offOpportunity to grow within the company!
