To support accurate and timely processing of customer payments, the full-time remote Cash Application Operations Associate will apply payments, research discrepancies, assist with account reconciliations, and maintain records while collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities Apply incoming customer payments accurately and on time Research payment discrepancies, including unapplied or misapplied cash Assist with reconciling customer accounts and payment activity Required Qualifications Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or a similar finance operations role Strong understanding of cash application, payment reconciliation, and account adjustments Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze AR and payment data Experience with process improvement or high-volume cash application environments is preferred
