To support financial operations, the full-time Cash Analyst will process customer payments, manage payment inquiries, and utilize ERP systems while working remotely for a duration of 13 months. Key Responsibilities Run and monitor investigations for unallocated items and manage internal and external payment inquiries Investigate and resolve customer payment claims to minimize collections while maintaining accurate customer account records Utilize ERP systems to enter and post customer payments, reconcile bank deposits, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Familiarity with ERP and Mainframe systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Experience with data analysis and process improvement techniques Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Entry-level experience with a willingness to learn and work independently or as part of a team
