What You'll Do
- Manage 90+ calls a day, keeping things running smoothly and making it look easy.
- Master scheduling, client requests, and to-do lists without breaking a sweat.
- Make waiver calls and follow up on requests, keeping everyone in the loop.
- Confirm pre-payments, prep for deliveries, and keep detailed client notes.
- Review incoming mail to catch anything missing and lend a hand across departments.
- Scrutinize records and responses, coordinating with Case Managers to keep things moving.
- Send out crystal-clear status updates and approval emails—no room for confusion here.
What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points for admin or support experience!
- You're clear, professional, and know how to get your point across.
