What You’ll Do
- Problem-solve and actively pursue resolution.
- Communicate directly with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Model leadership behavior through courtesy, respect, and efficiency.
- Coordinate patient care processes to achieve quality outcomes.
- Facilitate patient and family education to promote continuity of care.
- Review patient plans of care with the multidisciplinary team.
- Communicate with patient care staff for continuous assessment and planning.
- Function without direct supervision, organizing assignments for productivity.
- Adhere to name badge and dress code compliance.
Requirements
Education
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a hospital, acute care, or direct care setting required.
Licenses & Certifications
- Current, unrestricted compact RN license in the state of residence required.
