Full Time Day Shift Case Manager Position

This opportunity is a Full Time Day shift Case Manager position at Wellington Regional Medical Center, located in Wellington, Florida. Roles and responsibilities include reporting to the Director of Case Management, being a Florida RN with 2-4 years recent acute care experience, experience in utilization chart review and discharge planning, managed care experience preferred, knowledge of InterQual Criteria, strong clinical background needed with strong interpersonal communication skills, and basic computer skills.
