Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit adult/pediatric clients in Meadville, PA and surrounding areas and conduct assessments.
- Develop care plans and oversee execution.
- Supervise clinical staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Trach/vent experience preferred.
