  • Gross Weekly Pay: $3,100/week

  • Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,000/week. | W2 Rate: $25/hr.

  • Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $2,100/week.

Job Overview:



  • Schedule: Dependent on operational need, maybe 4x10's or 5x8's

  • Shift: Day shift, Monday – Friday


Must have:



  • Candidates have at least 2 years of case management experience.

  • 6 months of discharge planning Case Management experience in an Acute Care hospital. This should ideally be a large organization/teaching hospital with 500 beds or more
