About CROC:
The Cooperative Restraining Order Clinic is a fiscally sponsored project of the Justice & Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco. CROC empowers domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking survivors in San Francisco to understand their legal rights and options, and we provide free legal services to help survivors exercise and enforce those rights. CROC operates as a collaborative supported by four member agencies: API Legal Outreach; Bay Area Legal Aid; the Justice & Diversity Center of The Bar Association of San Francisco; and W.O.M.A.N., Inc. Our office is located in the Inner Mission District of San Francisco.
About the Role:
The Case Manager will support CROC's Marsy's Project, which provides victims of domestic, sexual assault, and stalking with free legal information, advice, referrals, and representation. The Case Manager will provide administrative support to the Project and assist with various tasks assigned by the Supervising Attorney, including preparing grant reports and tracking cases. The Case Manager may also complete intakes with prospective clients over the phone and in person, and provide crisis intervention, criminal legal system orientation, court support, and resource and referral counseling. This is full-time position that will work a hybrid schedule: Remote/In-Person.

The Candidate will have the following:
Education and Experience:
- At least one year of direct client experience working with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, or human trafficking. This is the most important criteria for this position, and candidates who have no experience working with this population of survivors cannot be considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Excellent oral, written, client service, and advocacy skills
- Able to interact effectively with diverse populations and clients in crisis and to work calmly and effectively with callers and drop-in clients
- Able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency with standard office software and computing, and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
