What You'll Do
- Advocate for patients and provide education on care options.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in the healthcare field preferred, Certification in Case Management desirable.
Experience
- 3-5 years of recent experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Knowledge of utilization management, case management, and discharge planning preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
- Must hold a valid CT Nursing License.
- CPI training within 1 year of employment.
