Job Summary
We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients to schedule appointments, maintain records, monitor, and track patient cases. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about healthcare practices.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians, patients, and healthcare staff
Educate patients on their Federal Injury Case.
Create schedules for new patients.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Care Manager or in a similar position is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately.
Ability to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quickly.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
