Personal Injury Case Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA --- In Office
MW Talent is partnering with a respected Atlanta law firm to find an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager. This is a legal (not medical) role for someone with strong experience handling cases from intake through settlement, including direct negotiations with insurance adjusters.
Responsibilities
• Manage a full caseload of pre-suit personal injury cases from start to finish
• Conduct client intake, manage treatment, and negotiate settlements independently
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Collaborate with attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements
• 4+ years of personal injury case management experience in a law firm
• Must have experience with intake, treatment coordination, negotiations, and closing cases
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven history of long-term, stable employment
Spanish speaker is a big plus
