Description
Performs minimally complex social service work. Responsible for authorizing services, oversight of services and evaluating the effectiveness of authorized services. Works under moderate supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Provides skills/psychosocial rehabilitation to clients authorized for such services.
At Center's discretion, may be required to work from the office, in the community, or via telework to effectively accomplish regular case manager job duties. Position may include cross coverage and assignment to serve in other programs to provide treatment services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University with a major in social work, psychology, or a field to human behavior. One (1) year experience in the Mental Health Field, Preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Must become certified to complete the State approved Uniform Assessment for Adults or Child/Youth within 90 days of hire and maintain that certification without lapse.
