• You coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform telephonic nursing assessments and provide health education.
• Manage lab results, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Support timely follow-up and operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Active California RN license and at least one year of RN experience.
• At least one year in women’s healthcare.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills for independent remote work.
