🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure quality care delivery.
- Supervise and support clinical staff.
✅ Requirements
- Active Florida RN license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in home health, hospice, geriatrics, or medical-surgical nursing.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance.
