Qualifications

• Active CA State License (California is not a member of the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), which means a California RN license is valid only within California. It does not grant multistate practice privileges like a compact license does. Nurses licensed in California must obtain separate licenses to practice in other states)
• 2+ years of clinical neurology experience
• Chronic Care Management experience
• Experience working remotely
• Exp supervising or mentoring clinical staff

A startup healthcare client in the San Francisco area is looking to hire an RN Case Manager. In this role, you will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), review and sign off on care plans, maintain clinical quality standards, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines. You’ll play a critical role in bridging patient care, clinical operations, and compliance, ensuring our patients receive consistent, proactive, and coordinated support between visits. This is a fully remote role.
