Telehealth Clinical Liaison - Med-Surg - Night Shift
Location: New York, NY
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Job Description: This non-patient-facing telehealth position serves as a dedicated clinical liaison for patients and their families. The role involves guiding patients through complex diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize nursing judgment within the framework of clinical evaluation
- Maneuver through computer systems efficiently to access patient information
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Experience in Cardiology, Family Care, or Internal Medicine preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Valid state nursing license required at the time of submission
