We’re excited to share an opportunity for a Case Management Agency (CMA) Manager! This role provides leadership across multiple teams, supports supervisors, oversees staffing and workloads, and helps strengthen service quality, compliance, and the member experience.
Starting salary: $71,708.88–$74,715.09 annually
Work environment: Hybrid, with regular in-office and community responsibilities, occasional remote work based on operational needs, and regional rotation and on-call requirements.
Qualifications include:
A bachelor’s degree, five years of relevant Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) experience, including developmental disabilities, or an appropriate combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 or electronic documentation systems.
Preferred: At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience and two years managing workloads, capacity, and operations across teams or programs.
