Key responsibilities Enter new business submissions and benefit modifications while adhering to carrier deadlines Support underwriting by transferring enrollment data and maintaining current knowledge of carrier guidelines Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to organize and process necessary information for approvals Required qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred Prior clerical experience or equivalent education/experience combination Proficiency in computer systems and office equipment, with typing skills of 30-35 wpm Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed General planning, organizing, and time management skills
