Responsibilities
- Reviewing documents submitted by clients for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specific U.S. state requirements.
- Formatting and preparing final document packages for submission to courts (electronically or via partner postal services).
- Tracking the status of submitted documents in the internal system (CRM).
- Providing clients with brief instructions or clarifications (via email or chat, without legal consultation).
- Working with the internal Knowledge Base and continuously updating knowledge of procedures across different states.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English (B2 level or higher, both written and spoken).
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and patience.
- Basic document-handling skills and analytical thinking.
- Experience in customer support or client services is a plus.
- Participation in Work & Travel programs, international studies, or internships abroad is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work with a large volume of materials (Knowledge Base, templates, procedures).
