Key responsibilities Manage and document data for Workers' Compensation claims in accordance with company guidelines Process treatment services and verify return-to-work status through communication with claim parties Maintain knowledge of Bureau of Workers' Compensation rules and Sedgwick policies Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Clerical or customer service experience preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills
