Teleli Golf Club is looking for Cart Attendants to support our golf operations. We've implemented strong safety protocols to protect both staff and patrons — so you can focus on delivering a great experience on and off the course. Apply today and become part of a fun, supportive team!Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Compensation: $16.90 per hour Schedule: Must also be available on weekends.Responsibilities:Maintain a professional appearanceBring carts from the cart barn in the morning and return carts to the cart barn at the end of the dayClean, fuel, and check carts after each useClean and maintain cart barnEnsure the carts are available for player use at all timesReceive and communicate complaints to the Pro ShopWork closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournamentsImplement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or managerEducation and Experience Requirements:Must have strong customer/guest orientationMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be dependableMust have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the publicAbility to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulationsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to use equipment and tools properly and safelyWorking knowledge of the rules of golf is preferredWorking Conditions:While performing the required duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with arms and handsThe employee is often required to walk, stand, talk or hear, handle, feel or operate objectsThe employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs occasionallyThe employee will occasionally be required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlSpecific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perceptionModerate exposure to extreme cold, heat, working outdoors, mechanical hazards and electrical hazardsExposure to pollens and dustNoise level is moderateThe employee will be expected to work extended hours during golf and holiday seasonThe employee will be expected to work weekends and holidaysBenefits & Other Compensation:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
