This is a high-volume sales role. You will be on the phone. Building relationships with freight carriers, negotiating rates, solving problems when a load goes sideways.
Then you are on the phone. Calling carriers to source capacity for customer freight across North America.
Monitoring active shipments and stepping in fast when something goes wrong.
Building relationships with carriers so you are the person they call back first.
You want to be in the building, around people who work as hard as you do.
A logistics or freight background helps, but it is not required. Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer facing role.
This is a numbers game, and you have to be okay with that.
A history of meeting or exceeding goals, whatever field they came from.
Training and Growth

Do I need freight experience?
No. Experience in retail, customer service, or any phone-based sales role is a real foundation. You will learn the freight part here.
