Job Title: Carpenter Job Description
We are seeking skilled Finish Carpenters with foreman experience for commercial carpentry projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial carpentry, particularly in renovating restaurants, office buildings, medical buildings, warehouses, and schools. Responsibilities

Perform commercial carpentry tasks with at least 5 years of experience.

Install metal hollow doors and frames.

Install doors, windows, and hardware.

Hang and finish drywall.

Engage in both finish and rough carpentry.

Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors on site.
Essential Skills

Minimum 5 years of commercial carpentry experience.

Proficiency in metal hollow door and frame installations.

Expertise in doors/windows hardware installations.

Experience in hanging and finishing drywall.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.

Willingness to travel around a 2 to 3 hour radius of York, PA for projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
