Carpenter
Carpenter Unibilt Homes is a growing scattered lot modular home builder looking to add to our team. We are currently looking for a carpenter to finish homes and perform warranty service work. This position involves keeping the job orderly & clean, performing carpentry, drywall, painting and punch-out work necessary for completion of the home and follow up service. Employee should expect to work 40-45 hours weekly. Candidate must have residential construction trades experience in the areas of rough/finish carpentry and drywall/paint patch & repair. Required experience:
- Carpentry, Drywall Finish, Painting: 3 years
- Employee will be driving a company vehicle; a clean driving record is a must.
- Job requires day travel to job sites.
