A positive attitude and dedication to achieving team success are essential.ResponsibilitiesRead and understand drawings and specifications, and contribute to creating as-built drawingsInstall and properly align door frames and hardware, ensuring all components are secure and functionalDemonstrate strong knowledge of job site safety, with the ability to evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning, focusing on hazard identificationExhibit strong interpersonal skills, interact effectively with all levels of management, show initiative, and work independently or collaboratively as neededLead small construction projects and communicate schedule estimates, progress, and impactsCreate as-built drawings for completed workAbility to produce parts lists and work plans based on drawings or field observationsRequirementsMinimum of 5+ years of verifiable experience as a Journeyman Carpenter (applicants with less than 5 years will be assessed for experience level and considered)Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutionsCapability to create as-built drawings for completed workExperience in measuring, cutting, and installing door frames and hardware preferredFlexibility to complete job scopes outside of typical core competencies as required and willingness to travel to various project locations as requiredExtensive experience with hand and power toolsExperience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts and experience with hand power tools and ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutionsEssential Physical Demands:Ability to work at heights up to 80 ft.Compensation & BenefitsBenefitsAlong with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:Medical plans >
