CarpenterSaint Paul, Minnesota - Posted on July 29, 2026 Published By Francheska GonzalezTrillium Construction is seeking carpenters near St. Paul, MN to build wood wall panels and structural framing components for commercial, multifamily, and residential construction projects throughout Minnesota.Key Responsibilities:Assemble prefabricated wood wall panels according to engineered shop drawings.Measure, cut, and install dimensional lumber using saws and hand tools.Frame interior and exterior walls, window openings, and door openings.Install OSB/plywood wall sheathing.Build structural components including bearing walls, stair assemblies, dormers, fireplace chases, deck sections, and porch floors.Verify dimensions, square, and layout to ensure panels meet specifications.Operate pneumatic nail guns and standard carpentry power tools.Stage completed panels for loading and shipment to jobsites.Pay: Up to $28 Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40h+ / weekQualifications:Prior wood framing experience and be comfortable reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and using common carpentry tools.Ability to understand framing fundamentals, use a tape measure, use carpentry tools safely, and consistently produce quality work.Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
