Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

- Perform steel framing for walls, floors, roofs, and structural elements according to project plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
- Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain an efficient and safe job site.
- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble framing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- 2+ years of framing carpentry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of framing techniques, construction math, and building codes.
- Ability to work safely at heights and with power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willing and able to travel for warranty work (company covers expenses).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and solve on-site issues.
