Earthly Living Homes LLC is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Modena, NY. Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan carpentry work
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials for construction projects
Install framing, walls, floors, roofing structures, doors, and windows
Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom woodwork
Inspect and repair existing structures, identifying and resolving issues as needed
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to meet deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial construction
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry techniques
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality craftsmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
