Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to job site within the Southeast
- Night shift (open store environment)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to execute construction tasks accurately.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials such as wood, drywall, framing, and other structural components.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, Superintendents, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, managing tools and materials responsibly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site construction issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the supervision of junior team members and subcontractors as needed.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in commercial construction environments.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform demanding manual tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA certification) are a plus.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
