Primary responsibilities of the Carpenter are to design, build, remodel, retrofit, maintain and repair. The Carpenter works in various types of facilities and structures, interior to exterior, floor to ceiling, vinyl siding to soffits and roofs and everything in between such as cabinets, tables, benches, doors and door closures.
Materials include wood, drywall, plaster, concrete, brick, ceramic tile and paint. The ideal EMI Carpenter is an experienced handyman who does it all while following all health and safety standards.$29.93/ hr. plus $15.25/hr.
