Qualifications
- Strong foundational Carpentry skills, including residential remodeling and general construction experience.
- Proficiency with Hand Tools such as hammers, tape measures, squares, chisels, and levels.
- Safe and effective use of Power Tools including saws, drills, nail guns, and related equipment.
- Experience with Framing, including walls, floors, roofs, and structural components.
- Skill in Finish Carpentry, including trim work, doors, cabinetry, and detailed interior finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and measurements accurately.
- Understanding of job site safety practices and adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to Fairfield, OH job sites and ability to work full-time schedules.
- Physical ability to lift materials, stand, bend, and work on ladders for extended periods. xhqgsiq
- Prior experience in remodeling or construction; relevant training or apprenticeship is preferred.
