Role Description: We are looking for independent licensed contractors to work with on our Big Sky-based projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include rough and finish carpentry, installing doors, windows, trim, and cabinetry, building decks, completing punch lists, and performing home repairs.
Qualifications:
- General Commercial Liability insurance certificate / W9
- Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate (ICEC) through the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, if you have no employees
- Commercial Auto Policy
- Strong carpentry skills, including experience with both rough and finish carpentry.
- You must have your own equipment to handle everything from rough framing to precision finish work. Examples include a Chop Saw, Table Saw, Jigsaw, Screw Guns, Fine Saw, Grinder, etc.
