Bilingual and empathetic, the part-time CARN-AP or PMHNP Provider will facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide longitudinal maintenance care to members, leveraging telemedicine while collaborating with a team to ensure member engagement and safety throughout treatment. Key responsibilities Conduct intake medical duties, determining treatment appropriateness and prescribing medications as needed Maintain a panel of maintenance members, providing monthly group sessions and individual consultations as required Complete all medical documentation accurately and timely, while participating in administrative tasks and supporting new provider onboarding Required qualifications CARN-AP or PMHNP with an active state license in good standing Spanish speaking proficiency Board Certified in Addiction Medicine At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder with buprenorphine Ability to work in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
