District ManagerThe District Manager is responsible for the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams (General Managers, GMTs/GMITs, Shift Managers & Shift Leaders). This role ensures all employees are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.May perform any or all of the following duties:Ensures each Restaurant Management Team consistently provides a quality product and customer service experience that delivers total Guest satisfactionContinuously works to improve the skills, knowledge and morale of General Managers and GMTs/GMITs.
