The Position:
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, service line St. Patrick Center, is looking for a mission and values driven individual to join our team at our off-site location, Caritas St. Matthews.The Engagement Specialist role provides front‑line engagement, safety monitoring, and crisis response for residents, visitors, and individuals seeking services within a residential campus. The position supports client stability, connects individuals to internal and community resources, maintains required documentation, and promotes a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment.This program is a 24/7 program, requires the ability to be flexible, and able to consistently work Saturday and Sunday either 7 am-3 pm or 3 pm-11 pm with the potential to rotate monthly.
