About the Role
As a Caretaker with Flat Irons Flex Care, you will:
- Support our clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Provide medication reminders and support with mobility, transfers, and light exercise
- Offer light household support, including meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Engage in conversation, provide emotional encouragement, and participate in hobbies and activities with our clients
- Be a companion and friend to our clients, providing a sense of connection and community

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Reliable, compassionate, and responsible
- Able to complete required home care training before working independently
- Physically and mentally able to meet job demands
