Required Qualifications
Active HHA, CNA, or equivalent caregiving experience
Prior home care, childcare, or healthcare experience preferred
Experience caring for children (infants, toddlers, and school-age) preferred
Experience working with special needs children preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism with clients and families
Basic knowledge of infection-control practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) knowledge required
Responsibilities
Client Care Duties:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders
Provide attentive and age-appropriate care for children when applicable
Support children’s daily routines, including feeding, hygiene, and supervision
Monitor and document basic observations and changes in client condition
Maintain a safe and clean environment following health and safety standards
