Caregiver PositionA caregiver is responsible for providing continuous support for individuals who are at risk of falling, wandering, or self-injury. The caregiver must remain vigilant and attentive to the needs of the clients at all times, ensuring effective communication with the agency & nursing staff when necessary. Additionally, the caregiver monitors and reports any changes in the client's condition or behavior and documents these observations in the client's medical record.
Maintaining confidentiality, adhering to safety procedures, and effectively communicating with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals are essential responsibilities.
