We are building careers — not just filling shifts. What You'll Do
As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client's needs. Responsibilities may include:
* Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
* Medication reminders
* Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments)
* Meal planning and preparation
* Light housekeeping
* Grocery shopping and errands
* Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings)
* Providing parental support and respite care
* Observing and reporting changes in condition
* Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations Every day is different — and every client relationship is meaningful.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and takes ownership of their role. Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred)
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation
* Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends
* Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards
* Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
