Onyx CaregiverAs an Onyx Caregiver you will provide in home assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's) to support and maximize our client's quality of life. Onyx delivers the training and resources to keep our Caregiver's engaged and retain top quality skills.Responsibilities:Plan and prepare meals, including serving, if necessaryAssist with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.Performs housekeeping and laundry dutiesProvides transportation as needed, runs errands, etc.Participate in life enriching activitiesA Caregiver will assist with medication remindersMaintain client confidentialityComplete required documentation timely and accuratelyRecords and reports changes in client's physical condition, behavior or appearanceOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must be 18 years of ageMust be able to lift 50lbs occasionallyMust be able to pass background check and drug screenLocation: Eugene, OR
