Managing a caseload of SNAP E&T participants, the full-time Career Navigator in New Mexico will provide case management, conduct workshops, and coordinate with business services to support job seekers in achieving self-sufficiency, working remotely with occasional travel. Key responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate participant information in electronic databases Provide case management and job coaching to help participants prepare for and retain employment Schedule and conduct job readiness workshops and webinars for SNAP E&T participants Required qualifications Associate's degree in a related field with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma with three years of related experience Strong facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Current valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance Bilingual skills are a plus
