They develop career plans, set goals with clear objectives around education, training, employment, and resources to ensure placement and job retention.
This person will be responsible for community outreach and engagement, creating partnerships with external resources for participant referrals.Key job responsibilities include:Oversees participants and compliance in our specialized programs, such as Hispanic Outreach.Ensuring all policies and procedures as outlined for the assigned program are followed.Provides case management activities, outreach, and coordination with other programs.Forms and builds relationships with area businesses or organizations, encouraging information sharing and developing new partnerships with businesses or organizations.Utilizes and navigates CaseWorthy database to develop career plans for individuals receiving services.Completes reports for external and internal stakeholders.Maintains a positive network of community ties and a strong working relationship with organizations who refer individuals for services.Prepares presentations utilizing Microsoft Office products, facilitating training and presentations internally and externally.Education:Associate's Degree, required.Essential skills and abilities:Must be bilingual in SpanishAt least 1 years of experience in a similar role, required.Supervisory experience strongly preferred.Excellent customer service skills.Intermediate computer skills required.Ability to multi-task.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.Must understand other organization's policies.Must be an active listener and have excellent soft skills.Excellent organizational skills and understanding of deadlines.Understanding of policies and programs.Understanding of Goodwill's brand and brand awareness.Working knowledge of MD/DD, and therapeutic methodologyMust be able to travel up to 25-50%.Benefits:Paid Time Off (PTO)Money Purchase Pension Plan403(b) Retirement Savings PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramFree TelehealthEmployee Referral ProgramQuarterly Incentive Programs (for all retail positions)Corporate Discount ProgramsMedical InsurancePrescription CoverageDental and Vision CoverageFlex Spending Accounts (Medical and Dependent Care)Short & Long-Term DisabilityLife InsuranceTuition ReimbursementEOE.
