Providing career management services, the part-time Career Consultant will deliver one-on-one coaching, training, and group facilitation remotely while ensuring quality standards and managing participant caseloads. Key responsibilities Deliver coaching consultation services to participants in accordance with ethical and program standards Ensure high-quality delivery of career development programs and execute related tools and portals efficiently Manage administrative tasks related to program participants in a timely manner Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and/or HR, Coaching, or related certifications preferred 5+ years of professional business experience Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, or Apple products Strong understanding of job search, business, and resource mobilization strategies Ability to interface with and coach program participants in remote settings
