To support clinical operations remotely, the Care Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, process requests, and maintain patient confidentiality while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities: Receive and process inbound calls from members, physicians, and clients according to company policies Conduct outbound calls for enrollment, customer satisfaction surveys, and other projects Collect and validate patient demographic information and maintain accurate notes in patient charts Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting, preferably in a telehealth support role Basic competency in typing and proficient computer skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Demonstrated empathy and cultural sensitivity in member interactions
