In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, processing policy transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an outstanding service experience.

Reporting Relationships

As our CARE Specialist , you will report to a CARE Leader , who reports to a CARE Manager .

Location

The primary location for this position is Bethlehem, PA with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).

Travel

0-10% travel may be required for this position.

Salary Range:

$49,260.00 - $73,890.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
