Care Partner — Observation/Stepdown Unit: Growth & Impact

Vanderbilt Health is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support patient care and maintain unit environments in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will assist with nursing procedures, venipuncture and bedside care while working under licensed nurses. The role requires a high school diploma, nursing program enrollment or completion, or prior care experience. Full-time day shifts rotate with unit staffing needs.
