Full-Time | 8 hour shifts | Day (6a - 2p) | Evening (2p-10p) | Overnight (10 p-6a) The Geneva Suites Residential Assisted Living locations - Bloomington, Burnsville, Eagan, Edina, Eden Prairie Pay Range - $18-$21 per hour + shift differentials

As a Care Partner, you provide direct care while building meaningful relationships with residents. This is not task-based caregiving, it is relationship-centered care in a small home environment. You will assist with resident engagement, activities of daily living, and medication administration, while always ensuring safety and dignity.

What You Will Do

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer medications as delegated.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition.
• Document care accurately in Residex.
• Ensure resident safety and infection control compliance.
• Support residents during meals with dignity and respect.
• Create meaningful engagement through conversation and activities.
• Maintain clean and organized resident spaces.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Entry Level (0-2 years).

Requirements / Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred.

• Reliable transportation.
• Successfully complete background and fingerprinting.
